Balam Ya has been operating as a small boutique villa hotel since 2005. We are comprised of 4 villas overlooking the beautiful lake Atitlan and its volcanoes, located on the mountainside with access to the lake thorugh our private docks and gardens.
Our small team has a combined +45 years of experience working at the villas, and work hard everyday to maintain the gorgeous property for guests, and our small flighty friends such as beautiful birds, butterflies, humming-birds and more (you will see them everywhere here!)
