Villa Mirador

Villa Mirador offers our most spectacularly expansive views of Lake Atitlan. Newly constructed and designed by a Spanish architect based in Guatemala, it was designed and built with the utmost care using local materials. Inspired by Japanese and Colombian bambú and wood building techniques.

Rich original artwork and cypress wood lends luxurious warmth to this villa. The spacious and high-ceilinged living area features a corner wood-burning fireplace with an expansive outdoor terrace, giving you the option to lounge or dine either in or outdoors.

Villa Mirador has two bedrooms and a large open studio that can be converted into another sleeping area, accommodating up to seven guests.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed which overlooks the lake and volcanoes. The second bedroom upstairs is furnished with a queen-size bed and adjoining bathroom. Here we have a comfy sofa bed.

There are two single beds and a sofa bed upstairs in an open area outside the second bedroom. The upstairs bedroom also has a spacious, and private open-air terrace perfect for enjoying the sunset.

Please note: There are about 20-25 rock steps from the parking lot to this villa.

Villa Bambú

Newly renovated, Bambú is handcrafted and built from local materials with a warm luxurious feeling. Staying in Bambú gives you the feeling of floating inbetween nature.

Every window from this two-bedroom villa offers picturesque views of the lake. It has a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a grove of bamboo. The cozy living room with its corner fireplace leads to a comfortable covered terrace for outdoor dining and lounging.

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor with a queen-size bed and adjoining bathroom with an oversized marble tub.

The second bedroom downstairs has a queen-size bed and double bed, also with a private adjoining bathroom.

The tri-level Villa Bambú has three outdoor terraces, two of which have lakeside views.

Please note: There are about 30-35 rock steps from the parking lot to this villa.

Villa Jade

Jade Cottage provides the perfect cozy getaway for two.

The glass walls throughout the spaces provide a stunning view of the lake peeking through tree branches, over the lush tropical gardens to the water and volcanoes. The charming bedroom has a queen-size bed, tastefully decorated with a blend of modern and rustic creating a romantic atmosphere.

The spacious bathroom, tiled with local Tikal dark green marble, has a claw-foot tub as well as separate glass shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a private veranda, where you can enjoy BBQ grilling or just sit and commune with nature, watching the ever-changing view of the lake as the sun sets over the volcanoes.

Please note: This villas has 5-10 stairs from the parking lot.

Villa Soluna

Our cozy studio Soluna is the owner's favorite get away. Located at the top of the property with the most spectacular view of the lake, Soluna's balcony and wraparound sliding windows give you the feeling of being perched on a cliff above the lake.

This charming studio is fitted with a queen bed, TV, fully equipped compact kitchen, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small uncovered balcony to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the lake. A romantic cozy getaway for two or an ideal retreat for one to meditate on the peace and tranquility of this unique space.

Please note: This villa has about 10 stairs from the parking lot.
